Ms. Rocker has been a Managing Director at J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC since December 2000. J. C. Flowers & Co. LLC serves as investment advisor to several private equity investment funds which focus on making investments in the financial services industry. Prior to joining J.C. Flowers in 2000, Ms. Rocker practiced law, representing several major financial institutions in their private equity investments and worked in strategic planning as a financial associate.

Ms. Rocker received an MBA from Yale University and a JD from Stanford University. She also holds a B.A. in Humanities from Brown University.
