Nadine is a leader in the Financial Services practice for Ernst & Young’s Global Transaction Advisory Services. With more than 16 years of financial services experience providing advisory and assurance services, she is skilled in managing large, complex private equity and corporate transactions, advising on both sides of the deal.

She has broad experience across the financial services industry and geographies. Her financial services experience includes banking, broker dealers, commercial and specialty finance companies and asset managers. Based in the New York, her global experience includes the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia and Latin America.

In addition to her current role, she is actively involved in the firm’s people strategy, helping to motivate the firm’s large workforce, and is a frequent contributor and speaker at leadership forums and industry events.

Nadine is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Canadian Chartered Accountant, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
