Andrew Kwee is a Principal at LGT Capital Partners (USA) Inc. (LGT CP) and heads the U.S. private equity office. Prior to joining LGT CP in 2006, he was a Senior Vice President and Head of the New York office for GIC Special Investments. He joined GIC SI in Singapore in 1997, and covered North East Asia before moving to New York in late 1998 to start up the New York office for GIC SI. Before joining GIC SI, he worked in project management for Tishman Realty and Construction Corporation. Andrew earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Stanford University, and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
