Thomas Ireland has been at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice since 1997. He has been involved in the successful transformations of Jafra and Remington. Under his leadership, Jafra revamped its culture and grew rapidly by refocusing its business strategy while significantly reducing its operating costs and capital requirements. Mr. Ireland is a Director of Remington. Previously, he spent ten years at Alvarez & Marsal where he was a Senior Managing Director. While at Alvarez & Marsal, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Fruehauf Trailer Corporation and Almacs, Inc., and advised numerous other companies. Before joining Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Ireland served as a managing director of Magten Asset Management, a registered investment advisor, and was a vice president of Citibank, N.A. Mr. Ireland received an undergraduate degree from Yale University and an M.B.A. degree from New York University. |
