Mr. Treesh is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis. His tax practice primarily involves planning and structuring domestic and international business acquisitions and dispositions. He has been active in advising both domestic and foreign clients with respect to their U.S. investments and operations, ranging from start-ups and joint ventures to more mature private and public equity investments. He has also advised both sponsors and investors in domestic and international buyout, private equity and mezzanine funds ranging in size from tens of millions to over one billion dollars in capital commitments.
