Anthony Myers is a Managing Director in the Blackstone Real Estate Group. Since joining Blackstone in 2000, Mr. Myers has been involved in a number of Blackstone’s investments including the acquisition of Town & County, a private homebuilder, the Tyco Industrial portfolio, and Boca Resorts Inc. In addition, he has been involved in the management of Blackstone’s investments in Berkshire Realty, IBM Austin and 609 Fifth Avenue.

Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Myers was Executive Vice President and COO of Balfour Holdings, Inc., a residential land development company. Balfour Holdings was purchased by affiliates of Blackstone in May 1997 and served as the vehicle for additional investments including Baldwin Ranch and the active adult business of Pulte Homes.

Prior to Balfour Holdings, Mr. Myers was an Associate Director in the Bear Stearns Real Estate Group.

Mr. Myers received a BSc with Honors in Civil Engineering from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from Columbia University.
