Mr. Dietz is a Managing Director with Secured Capital in New York. He focuses on private equity and has over seven years of Investment Banking and over 11 years of real estate experience. He has been involved in over $5.0 billion of transactions. Prior to joining Secured in 2003, Mr. Dietz was a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston (“CSFB”) in its Real Estate Private Fund Group where he was responsible for raising $1 billion of equity for funds and ventures over three years. Prior to CSFB, Mr. Dietz was an Associate at Deutsche Bank Securities in its Real Estate Investment Banking Group where he was involved in $500 million of financings and advisory assignments. Mr. Dietz started his real estate career at The Yarmouth Group as an Associate where he was part of the Client Development and Marketing Team. He received his M.B.A in Finance from Yale University and B.A. in Political Science from Brandeis University.
