Biography
Gentry Hoit joined Shorenstein Company in 1993, and is a Managing Director with responsibility for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating and closing capital transactions across the United States, with particular focus in the Eastern United States. Ms. Hoit is a board member of the Lincoln Center Real Estate and Construction Council, and is the co-chairman of the board of the Baker Scholar Program at Georgetown University. Ms. Hoit is also a visiting lecturer at Columbia Business School and a member of its mentoring program. Prior to joining Shorenstein Company, Ms. Hoit worked at Hines Interests in New York and New Jersey, and handled both project management and advisory assignments. Ms. Hoit graduated from Georgetown University with a B.A., and from Columbia University with an M.B.A. Yale School of Management Private Equity Club
