Mr. Stevens is a partner in Landmark’s real estate group. He is responsible for leading Landmark’s real estate investment activities.

Prior to joining Landmark, Mr. Stevens was a partner with The Carlyle Group, where, beginning in 1996, he led and helped build the firm’s real estate activities. Prior to joining Carlyle, Mr. Stevens was chief operating officer of the J. E. Robert Company, where he led the firm’s direct portfolio acquisitions and managed the firm’s Principal Investment Group. J. E. Robert Company became one of the largest purchasers of distressed U.S. commercial real estate assets and, during Mr. Stevens’ tenure, acquired and managed $9.9 billion in assets. Prior to his experience at J. E. Robert Company, Mr. Stevens served as principal and executive vice president at The Artery Organization and partner at real estate law firm Aronoff and David.

Mr. Stevens received a JD and BA from Cornell University.
