Biography
Andrew Dietz is a Senior Vice President at Secured Capital Corp, a real estate investment banking firm. He focuses on raising private equity for real estate firms and has six years of Investment Banking and ten years of real estate experience. He has been involved in over $2 billion of transactions. Prior to joining Secured, Mr. Dietz was a Vice President at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in its Real Estate Private Fund Group, where he was responsible for raising $1 billion of equity for funds and ventures over three years. Prior to CSFB, Mr. Dietz was an Associate at Deutsche Bank Securities in its Real Estate Investment Banking Group where he was involved in $500 million of financing and advisory assignments. Mr. Dietz started his real estate career at The Yarmouth Group as an Associate where he was part of the Client Development and Marketing Team. Mr. Dietz received an MBA in Finance from Yale University and a BA in Political Science from Brandeis University. Yale School of Management Private Equity Club
